About the role

We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist with years of experience who can develop and execute strategies that drive growth and conversions.

You will set the direction for our customers' and partners' digital campaigns, primarily on Meta and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for improving performance on these channels and ensuring that we deliver results. This role therefore also requires you to have hands-on experience with the technical setup on these platforms and know which buttons to press to optimise the setup.

The position requires a database-driven approach to work and the ability to dive into data to find the best results. Your tasks will be wide-ranging, which is why a high degree of structure in your work is also necessary.

Work tasks

Planning and setting up campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn
Develop Paid Social strategies and analyses for customers and partners
Collaboration with copywriters and graphic designers
Ongoing campaign optimisation and A/B testing of content
Adjusting settings, ad copy, and targeting based on performance
Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in Paid Social

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a strategic digital marketing role
Writes perfect Danish and has a good command of English
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Can analyse data to identify opportunities for optimisation
Is creative and strategic thinker
Experience with other digital platforms (e.g. Google Ads) is a plus
