SEO Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious senior SEO specialist/manager who has a firm grasp of all aspects of SEO and, at the same time, possesses a strategic overview. In addition, you must have experience of liaising directly with clients and of independently devising plans and strategies for clients’ roadmaps in relation to analysis, execution, presentation and reporting.

You will play a key role in our digital team and will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies for our clients, partners and in-house.

Your responsibilities:

Management of our SEO team, comprising a copywriter, a web developer and front-end and back-end developers
SEO optimisation in all its forms
Development and execution of link building strategies
Analysis and reporting on SEO performance with a focus on traffic, growth and conversions
Ongoing monitoring and implementation of best practices
Keyword research and collaboration with the content team on SEO-friendly content

Requirements:

At least 2 years’ experience in SEO and AI SEO
That you are ambitious and keen to develop your professional skills
Has a solid understanding of tools such as Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and similar tools
Possesses basic web programming skills and can navigate various CMS solutions
Works in a structured and independent manner, whilst also being a team player
All work is on-site and may involve overtime from time to time
